上任后小邓利维完成了交易普尔-换来保罗、续约追梦、签下巴特勒等操作。
邓利维2002年加入NBA，职业生涯出战986场常规赛，场均得到11.2分4.3篮板2.2助攻。
邓利维在2017年宣布退役，于2018年被勇士队聘为职业球探，于2019年被提升为总经理助理兼篮球运营副总裁。
